Most of what we do is private.
Founder counsel is, by nature, quiet. What shows up here are the engagements we’re invited to talk about: by a client, by a board, on the record.
- Healthcare technology · 2021 to present
A radiology and nuclear medicine software company needed to go from early product to full clinical deployment. We came in for the technical architecture, and stayed for the product, the infrastructure, the vendor relationships, and the team. Five years later, the suite runs across multiple sites, we’re still in the room, and we’re shareholders. Some engagements you don’t leave.
- Bespoke travel · 2025
A private travel house wanted a digital presence that matched the service. We built the platform, and along the way saw a growth lever they’d overlooked, then built that too. The concept was ours. The retention is theirs.
- Data sovereignty · Ongoing
Private clinic groups caught in the endless cycle of managed archiving: repeated storage expansions, forced hardware renewals, no reliable cost projection. We designed a hybrid architecture that puts critical data back on their infrastructure without giving up the cloud. Delivered turnkey, with the healthcare technology partner we’ve worked with for five years. Their data, their terms.
