Approach

We work in quarters, not quarters-of-an-hour.

Most engagements start with a single, unhurried conversation: on the phone, at a table, in writing. What follows is shaped by what the business actually needs, not by what fits neatly into a SOW.

  1. 01

    Read the room

One conversation, sometimes two. We listen past the deck, past the org chart, to the decision that’s actually under pressure. If it isn’t our fight, we say so.

  2. 02

    Form a thesis

A short written brief: what we heard, what we’d do about it, what we’d refuse to do, and what the first ninety days look like. You redirect. We revise. No slideware.

  3. 03

    Sit in the work

Weekly, sometimes daily. Calls with the operators, edits to the deck the morning of the pitch. Strategy and build in the same hands.

  4. 04

    Stay until it ships

From the first pitch to the first invoice to the first renewal. The useful work is often the quarter after launch, when the model meets its first edge cases. We measure ourselves on what’s in market, not on what’s in a status deck.
